NO REFUNDS:

Payment in full is due at the time of booking a session. All purchases are non-refundable.

RE-SCHEDULING POLICY:

If you need to reschedule your session, you may select a new session date and/or time using the Change/Cancel Appointment self-service link in your confirmation email, as long as your session is more than 24 hours away. Alternately, please let me know of your need to reschedule at least 24 hours prior by sending me an email at stephanie@stephanie-elizabeth.com.

Except in case of emergency or unforeseen illness, if you cancel or miss your session with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will not receive a refund and the session may not be rescheduled.

While I am happy to accommodate rescheduling requests with at least 24 hours’ notice, I ask that any given appointment not be rescheduled more than 3 times unless absolutely necessary. If there is a need for further schedule changes, please reach out to me and let me know what you need rather than rescheduling it in my calendar.

LATE ARRIVAL & NO SHOW POLICY:

Please be on time to your session and if you are running late please let me know at stephanie@stephanie-elizabeth.com.

I offer a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are more than 10 minutes late and I have not heard from you about the delay, your session will be cancelled. Except in case of emergency, the missed session may not be rescheduled or refunded.

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. I am not responsible for any delays or disruptions due to technical and/or internet connectivity issues on your end, and these will not be cause to extend the session.

SESSION CONTENT & EXPERIENCE:

All sessions are dynamically co-created with you and with Spirit. I do not guarantee that any specific information, content, experience or outcome will be delivered in a given session.

CONSENT:

I will not read someone else’s birth chart or Akashic Record unless that person is also present for the session.

NATURE OF MY SERVICES:

I’m here to help you learn about yourself, be supported and encouraged so you can live well and be yourself.

I am not a fortune teller and I do not make future predictions. I honor your free will and the power of your choices to shape your reality.

I do not give legal, medical, or financial advice. Please seek the advice of a licensed and experienced professional should you need assistance in such matters.

I am not a licensed therapist, social worker, counselor, or mental health practitioner in any jurisdiction. I am a peer with lived mental health experience. If you are in distress or feel that you need mental health care services or additional support, please seek out the services of a licensed provider.

In working with you, I’ll invite you to connect with your own intelligence and agency so that you can respond to any challenges or concerns you’re facing.

I make no claim to a specific outcome of my services. Any personal transformation that you experience will be the result of you tapping into your own wisdom and power of choice. I am here to support you, hold space and facilitate your inquiry process.

REPORTS & RECORDINGS:

I do not offer written session reports. Soul Session birth chart readings include a PDF of your birth chart. All live sessions include an audio and/or video recording unless you choose not to have the session recorded.
